Custom specific machine for radial applications
The features of the machine are as follows:   The production cell is built very modular and is ideal to process radial components.   The SRL-Cutter is only limited flexible to process different kind of components. only switching to same kind of components is a possible way. The setup time is time consuming to switch back and fort.   The SRL is always sold as a custom specific machine and is fed exactly to the customers need. only the concept of this machine is standard.   The SRL can integrate maximum 8 work stations. The work stations can integrate a mechanical process, a manipulation or a measuring of the component.   A linear handling is moving the component from one working station to the next through the whole process.   A takeover of the components after processing is possible.
Processing sample: IRED´s
Example IRED cutting and bending:   The pictures are of a SRL-Cutter, cutting and bending radial IRED’s. The components are fed to the SRL by rolls. The components are being cut out and transported utilizing the underside of the body as reference. The polarity of the component can be changed in a rotation station. The 2nd cut is now done by referring to the under-side of the body. At the end the component is being bent 90 degrees.
