1. Inspect the bearing slides of the following:
a. Print carriage
b. Camera Carriage
c. Rising Table.
d. Moving Rail
e. Squeegee module
f. Screen Actuator bearing
g. Board stop
Remove any debris and clean as necessary. And lubricate.
2. Clean all of machine enclosures.
a. Machine PCenclosure
b. Machine control enclosure ,confirm control card perform ok.
c. Power supply unit
3. Calibrate rising table home position, adjust print height.
4. Calibrate camera focus, adjust vision height
5. Calibrate camera x y home position. Check belt tension.
6. Calibrate rail home position, check rail parallel.
7. Adjust camera reference position.
8. Adjust camera board stop X position
9. Adjust rail to table height. Check parallel of rail to chase frame.
10. Calibrate Vision system
