ZESTRON, the provider of high precision cleaning products and services, introduced its revolutionary pH-neutral defluxing cleaning agent VIGON N 501 at Productronica 2009, the 18th international trade fair for innovative technology held from November 10th - 13th in Munich, Germany.
As microelectronics become smaller and the demand for environmentally friendly products is on the rise, there is also an increased need for more innovative precision cleaners. Worldwide, VIGON N 501 is the first-of-its-kind pH-neutral defluxing cleaning agent. Its pH-neutrality ensures the highest level of compatibility with sensitive SMT production materials such as aluminum, copper, brass, nickel, plastics and label materials.
VIGON N 501 is a water-based, non-flammable MPC (Micro Phase Cleaner) specifically developed for spray-in-air processes. Despite short contact times and bath concentration levels as low as 10 – 15% resulting in tremendous cost savings, VIGON N 501 provides excellent cleaning results, even under low standoff components. Furthermore, due to its environmentally friendly pH-neutral formulation, VIGON N 501 facilitates meeting strict rinse water disposal and VOC content regulations.
